Creates the error: "An Error in the crafting system occurred if the problem is repeatable please report it"
No item is outputted, no failure either, nor are the items lost. It does however lock up the alchemy window and the items used in the crafting bag. A relog is required to fix it, reloadui won't work.
Happens every time.
