Summary	0010975: [RP] Potent Runes - Rune of Immolation damage ticks can be defended
Description	Reporter: Farlem Expected behavior and actual behavior: The Potent Runes tactic for Runepriest is supposed to make Rune of Striking and Rune of Immolation undefendable. While the initial application of Rune of Immolation does appear to be undefendable, the damage ticks themselves can still be defended.
