Summary	0011338: Shaman Beastlord 6pc - Only procs on direct damage
Description	Reporter: freshour Issues should be unique. Check if someone else reported the issue first, and please don't report duplicates. Expected behavior and actual behavior: The 6 pc bonus makes sense if it procs off dots as # most on hit bonuses do in fact proc off dots including AP procs, quick escape, ini debuffs, toughness debuffs etc. So with the same wording it would only make sense if this did as well.
