Summary	0011408: Tzeentch's Reflection
Description	Reporter: tommyb233 I've noticed several times during rvr not being able to cast Tzeentch's Reflection. Don't believe it is AP issue as it wasnt greyed out (only cost 20 AP) nor CC issue since I would try multiple times within a 30 sec time period. Steps to reproduce the problem: Going to try and do some testing and see if I can replicate or at least record the issue. Tommyb23

ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 03:35 reporter ~0020130	Commenter: bloodmasked This ability still bugged, it can be cast but it doesn't show the cooldown. Meaning it appears to be cast-able when actually it is still on cooldown, and there is no way to know when the cooldown is going to end. This behavior doesn't always happen, sometimes it has a cooldown as it should.
