Summary	0011546: [RP] Extended Battle Tactic doesn't work on Rune of Battle
Description	Reporter: ghost Expected behavior and actual behavior: RP tactic "Extended Battle" doesnt work properly, it doesnt increase Rune of Battle range. Steps to reproduce the problem: Testing range of Rune of Battle on mob pack. Screenshots/Videos or archive.org evidences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jb1zejckD2o&feature=youtu.be This issue exists since 2015 actually according to: https://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1189&p=12227&hilit=RUNE+OF+BATTLE#p12227 Is it possible to fix nowadays?
