First picture : nature blade should steal 123 stats

Second picture : for example ballistic 74 so the buff should be 74 +123 = 197

Third picture : ballistic was only buff +120 instead of 74 +120 = 194 instead of 197

That ability should be 120 stat points at lvl 40 with 15 points on left tree, the fact that your ability says +123 is i assume because you are getting +1 points to the left tree from gear? however mastery points cannot actually exceed 15 points in one tree,
