Summary	0011846: [AM] Funnel Essence is working only when you're flagged for RvR
Description	Reporter: anarchypark FE doesn't work if you're not flagged for RvR. cast bar is not moving. though it works if you're flagged for RvR. cast bar is reducing from 3.0 to 0

ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 03:38 reporter ~0021069	Commenter: Ramasee This bug actually requires the target to be RvR flagged, not you. Of course, in your video you are the target. Started with the YET ANOTHER HOTFIX 29/04/2018 change to AoEs and RvR flagging. IIRC a few channels are effected.

ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 03:38 reporter ~0021070	Commenter: anarchypark yes i tested more. target and AM both have to be flagged. it doesn't work if either of one was flagged. can't say for other skills. only tested Funnel Essence. i found it inside the gunbad. now i know solution in PvE, it's not big issue for me.
