The damage on the tactic infernal pain is doing a lot less damage then the tooltip damage. I tested on the target dummy's with a tooltip damage of 708, 1028 int, 40% damage buff form pet and it did 491 damage. I did the same test with 500 int and it did 477 damage. So the damage on the tooltip is scaling with int but not the actual damage of the tactic.

The crossed out numbers are the hits on the second dummy it's aoe so i cant hit just one of them.

dummy values are irrelevant, hit something else and Im not convinced it should be critically hitting

Did some testing in the IC with a lvl 37 _Fatelost Soul_ on my LvL 35 Magus.

I run a few tests with 721 Int and some with 416 Int, in both cases the dmg of _Infernal Pain_ was the same, eventhough the tooltip showed different values.
Having a pet active or not however made a difference in dmg dealt, but not on the tooltip.

It seems that the dmg of _Infernal Pain_ indeed only scales with the pets dmg-bonus.
