Expected behavior and actual behavior:
Someone has to click the oil for it to do damage. To me that means a player is doing damage to me. That in turn means that as a BG I should gain Hate from the damage done to me.

Taking oil damage doesnt give me Hate.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Take oil damage during a keep siege as a BG.
