Summary	0012165: Gorks Barbs damage component is not working
Description	Reporter: Timmitz Issues should be unique. Check if someone else reported the issue first, and please don't report duplicates. Expected behavior and actual behavior: the target gets the healdebuff but the damage component is not there.
