Summary	0012184: Cannot mount with level 38 mount in RvR Lakes
Description	Reporter: mousias Issues should be unique. Check if someone else reported the issue first, and please don't report duplicates. Expected behavior and actual behavior: After the last patch, not before. I am Level 38 and after last patch i cannot mount with level 38 mount in the RVR Lakes but i can do it at the wc. Testing in Ostland and in DW.
