Expected behavior and actual behavior:
Additional damage should proc only on Melee Attacks, what happens now, it proc on range attacks and spells.
I managed to kill today some destro with Shining Blade damage as Archmage, when enemy was like 70 ft away from me.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Use Knight of the Blazing Sun and some RDPS / Caster and test it on Destro, if damage from Shining Blade proc on range attacks/spells.
