Summary	0012418: Zealot Swirling Vortex tact not working.
Description	Reporter: Kweedko Issues should be unique. Check if someone else reported the issue first, and please don't report duplicates. If its ToK related, please check the wiki before posting: https://wiki.returnofreckoning.com/index.php/Main_Page Expected behavior and actual behavior: Swirling Vortex tact - must enlage duration of granting abil Vortex from 9 to 15 secs. And it's do not do it. Steps to reproduce the problem: Gaet a tact, and Mark of Vortex - use Vortex granted abil on enemy.
