Expected behavior and actual behavior:
[Zealot] Tzeentch's Lash - do not doing dmg from tooltip + 25% from DF - on my tooltip it's
640 dmg + 25% = 800 noncrit dmg
but i only got 4 ticks for 93 dmg = 372 noncrit dmg - it's the level of base dmg of skill it'self - according to careebuilder. (375 there) (So it's not working +25% from DF and no benefit from int stat (184 dps btw on 4 sec skill it's gonna be 736 + base 375 + 25% = 1389 - non crit dmg in 4 secs ))

Did some tests on the target dummies in IC

The 25% of DF are added, but the damage is still way of the tooltip. It also gains no bonus from INT (HoD onn/off)

same as in WoI issue base dmg without DF - lower than in career builder for 25% - same assumption - that is -25 +25 - issue.
