These three options do not show or hide the names as they should.

All three "target" options off "friendly" names on, not targeted: Shown correctly.

I've noticed that even if you uncheck target titles and target guild it dont update your UserSettings.xml. But if I manually edit my UserSettings.xml to targettitle="false" and targetguild="false", it will hide it correctly.

But if you have show Friendly Player Guild or Enemy Player Guild checked with Target Guild off, it will still show you the guild of the target. (This is probably a harder fix than above to just update the xml)
