Summary	0012832: Arcing power tactic not usable
Description	Reporter: Minipuce Hello, I'm a lvl 18 archmage, RR21. I took the lvl 3 mastery tactic from path of Vault "Arcing power". But i can't use it. It appears in red in my ability books with the mention "this ability is not usable at your current level" while it is a level 17 ability. I'm in Altdorf (not in a zone that lowers my level). I am not wearing any stuff that gives 1 point in a path. I relogged. I respecialized and retook it. I don't get it.
