The cannons for doing the quest "Silencing the Cannons" are missing. Without them, the quest cannot be completed.

need work on server side bcs when cannons is spawned and you click on them nothing happen

ID in database 34 he is in npc don't know its wrong or not (think need to be in gameobjects)

Tested this OK this quest you are not supposed to use the canons just kill the mobs for the quest.

This can be closed.

As a sidenote the cannons are properly spawned now.
