Summary	0013098: [Standard] After planting a standard you can not use skills
Description	Reporter: Scophis Expected behavior and actual behavior: While holding the standard you can't use your regular skills, but after you planting it you should be able to do so. Can't use my skills after planting the standard, all greyed out and warning flashing on screen. Char still in "flag-holding-animation" ![blumnmoscha_013](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/40274248/50852824-f04f9600-1380-11e9-9bb5-37f7b0f5739c.jpg) Picking it up, and re-planting it or mounting up restores your skills.
