Summary	0013522: Health Regen Items and RP points do not appear to show up on GetStats command
Description	Reporter: Neutrinoo On a toon go to the renown vendor and spend points on full health regen, add health regen jewlery, add a health regen lini. Note that when you do the .getstats command that your total health regen does not match tool tips for RR points spent and all other items stacks. Health regen should show as much higher than it does. See screenshot.
