**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
I noticed that today just hanging out at Willhelm's keep that I got contribution for Reikwatch. My session had consisted of starting from the war camp and moving to the keep location, then hanging out there not doing too much.

expected - should not get contribution for objective that I haven't been to.
