0014277: [UI] Item counter on actionbar includes items in bank

The counter on items in the actionbar, for example on potions, counts items that are stored in the bank, even if one is nowhere near a bank. Usually this kind of counter only shows items in the inventory and it makes it hard to keep track of how many you have in the inventory.
Tested this last night, could not see this happening now. I cannot tell the exact age of this ticket. So if this is still a problem for your character let me know and I will get a dev on it.
