Summary0014819: [UI][Marauder] Hulking Brute Tactic only partially displayed on paperdoll

When using the "Hulking Brute" tactic the added toughness is displayed on the paperdoll, the initiative is not. This is especially annoying since one's chance to be crited is only displayed on the paperdoll and not on .getstat.
