Summary	0014842: [SH] - Stop Runnin!
Description	Reporter: Fuineir The SH snare is the only castable skill that is coded in a weird way that I know of. If target is on the edge of effective range, or move 1ft away from it, skill instead of being cancelled mid casting without any drawback, pops out whilst giving the user the cd on a snare itself, at the same time not providing the debuff on enemy target. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Use the skill on the enemy that is running away whilst on the edge of maximum range, most of the time the skill will fail to fire whilst giving the SH cd on the ability. 2. Start the cast on stationary target, move away from the range, most of the time skill will do what has been described in point 1. It can be reproduced on dummies with a few tries, though it happens A LOT in pvp itself. (in every bit of testing, skill was paired with shootin with da wind tactic).

Any other castable ability in that circumstance behaves in two ways: either - cancels the cast at some point - nothing happens, does not trigger gcd - continues to cast even if target broke your maximal range and still fires regardless This skill often uses your gcd, activates the cooldown and also does not fire at enemy. It happens really frequently.
