**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Title unlock expected for completion of Scenario RVR sets - Braggart / Challenger / Duelist / Mercenary sets.
Tier 5 (Dominator) gives set title.


**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Equipped all pieces of set.

As these sets have been added on RoR and did not exist on official, that's the reason why there is no unlock for equipping it. It's minor and client-side
