Summary	0014950: [Runepriest] Immolating Grasp
Description	Reporter: neviorusso88 With Immolating Grasp the Rune of Immolation should have a chance to drain ap, but it doesn't work, it just snares. I've tried either on dummies and creatures, casting it many times on many targets, no effect
