Summary	0014978: [Scenario] Level 17 in T1 SC
Description	Reporter: Sciberr An introduction: Somehow this level 17 was able to get into a T1 scenario which to my knowledge is only 1-15 Details: He shouldn't be in the T1 bracket in the first place Evidence: In this video I show him as a level 17 in a T1 scenario. https://youtu.be/WKgDriN4_NI Additional Information: N/A How to reproduce the bug: I don't know how he even got in.
