**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Marauder monstrosity HoT isn't scaling with WP, I know It used to.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
use gift of monstrosity, check HoT ticks, do the same thing but with more Willpower, and the ticks are the same
