**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
In general almost all attacks in ror got some stat scaling, atm Wave of scorn has NO str scale at all


**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
use an ability, check combat log

**Testing Screenshots/Videos/Evidences (always needed):**
Stat difference between casts is around 400 str, ingame tooltip says it should deal 396 dmg

I just tested it and had the same issue, the more strength i have the more dmg is shown on tooltip but it hits always for the same amount (268 in my case)

This issue is being closed as it should be fixed in the new ability system. Please create a new issue if this is not the case.
