**An introduction:**
I don't know if this is a bug or if its intentional but the tactic for warrior priest Leading the Prayer allows Prayer of Devotion to proc twice when yourself procs it making everytime it procs from one of your attacks a 600 hp heal.
**Details:**
According to the description of the tactic "Whenever Prayer of Devotion heals one of your group-mates" I don't know if yourself counts as a group-mate.
Spec the tactic Leading the Prayer from the grace path on warrior priest, then you can test on the testing dummies in the war quarters of altdorf and watch as you get 600 hp procs from Prayer of Devotion
