Summary	0015420: Zealot / RP buffs cannot be overwritten
Description	Reporter: bosli42 If anyone has a zealot buff already, it cannot be overwritten by a stronger one. Very annoying, since almost everyone uses their initiative buff with no points in the tree, and I always have to tell them to buff something else so I can throw on my +70 buff.
