Don't forget screens or a video. --> **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** Tactics - Loudmouth and You Got Nuffin do not respect tooltip values. Instead the will scale from WarBellow you are using. Example- Loudmouth does 226 damage when your WarBellow triggres. it will only deal 226 damage when you have WarBellow from mastery where You spec 15 points. If you are using WarBellow where you have 0 points in mastery it will deal 150 damage. Loudmouth is core tactic that deal 226 corporeal damage with any active WarBellow You Got Nuffin should scale with mastery points spent in Da Greenest.
