Summary	0015597: Bloodlord armory not selecting belt and back
Description	Reporter: Tibdum I was checking the Tome of Knowledge today on armory and I saw that the Bloodlord Tome of knowledge unlock is not triggering because even if it equip the Belt and Back, the ticks are not enabled in the Armory section of ToK.
