Summary	0015720: [SM] Nature's Blade + Potent enchantments does't proc dmg on off targets.
Description	Reporter: Kweedko Nature's Blade Debuf proced on all target around initial but doesn't apply Potent enchantments tact - dmg dot on them. + Potent enchantments must proc dot for every new debuff on target - let say proced 2 times str and ws debuff then it sould apply 2 dots for each debuff like on live(BO Loudmouth worked the same).
