I don't see this issue, I'm surprised since it is easily repeated

**Prevents all skills baring mount from working not fixed on death and lasts the whole scenario
rendering you completely useless. Visible to other players as holding a banner around doing nothing. loss of banner on return from scenario but all skills return to normal. **

**Stowing the guild standard while taking a scenario pop:**
TagsGuilds, Item, Scenarios

It was forbidden a couple patchs ago. You are not supposed to deploy banners in scenarios. If you managed to do so in the last month, that is the real bug. Otherwise, working as intended.

Just in-case for others to avoid playing out a scenario as a observer for possible 10-15 minutes.

I took the pop after picking up a standard to avoid being drawn into a combat status unable to take a pop, so I'm sure it's happened and probably will again.

Maybe a city pop will be an issue also, I wouldn't want to test that
