Summary	0015756: BO / CHOSEN MORALE PUMP
Description	Reporter: Haojun-Phalanx Both BO and CHOSEN morale pump should be 10 seconds. https://gyazo.com/a6fa7ade4e23d70cc8cd6ddfb2aa6f2d At the moment, BO got 3 seconds internal cooldown while CHOSEN one is 10 seconds. Problem: Certain guilds of destro blatantly exploiting it by bringing many black orks in their warbands to reach damage m3.

Patch notes https://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=30934&p=350409&hilit=youz+see+me#p350409 say BO 3 sec ICD matching the reality and tool tip, chosen tool tip also says 3 secs so maybe the bug is that chosen shoudl not have a 10 ICD

ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 04:04 reporter ~0028860	Commenter: bosli42 The wiki descriptions are outdated, both tactics have (at least according to tooltips) a 3 second internal cooldown. Also, the main reason black orcs are favored a lot is because of their cooldown reduce with improved WAAAGH.
