It should be a simple <click> get item to progress the quest.

I'm pretty damn sure that s/he is looking in the wrong place. The map markers for this stage are flipped, one showing the other and viceversa. If following the instructions in the wiki there should be no problem.

you're right - the graphic was showing the wrong place online - but the
wiki coordinates worked. Thanks guys!
