**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Problem is "Righteous Fury" in the city lastnight if you stay away from the fight lets say up on the wall over the door at last part of stage 1 you can just spam group heals and your not in combat so RF would regen immediately. "Siege was Altdorf 3"
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Reproduced during stage 3 as it skiped stage 2 group healing in the doorway or if you go inside and hide behind the pillars during the champ/king fight
