**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**

Rituals are supposed to share a cooldown, i.e. if I use Ritual of Lunacy then that ritual along with Ritual of Innervation and Ritual of Superiority should all go on a 30 second cooldown. If I am under the effect of a cooldown-reducing ability such as "Chop Fasta!" (5 second cooldown reduction) then I would expect all of the rituals to go onto a 25 second cooldown when one of them is used.

Instead what currently happens is that the ritual you actually used makes use of the cooldown reduction (25 second cooldown in this instance) while the other rituals use the full cooldown of 30 seconds instead.

Technically this could be the correct behaviour as the cooldown reduction effects specify it applies to abilities used, but this seems very counter-intuitive that it causes abilities that are supposed to share a cooldown to go out of sync.

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**

1) Take one Zealot and spec for at least 2 Rituals (5 points in each tree).
2) Group with a Choppa who has specced for "Chop Fasta!" (9 points in "Da Wrecka!" tree)
3) Choppa uses "Chop Fasta!" ability
4) Zealot uses a ritual while under the effect of Chop Fasta (I tested using Ritual of Innervation, i.e. the action-point one)
5) Look at the cooldowns for the rituals. Ritual of Innervation (or whichever one you used) has a 25 second cooldown while the others are put on a 30 second cooldown.

No screenshots as it's hard to test but I'm 99% sure hostile CD increasing abilities aren't working on rituals properly either, i.e. the ritual you actually used has the extra CD penalty from the CD increaser debuff, but any other rituals still just go on a 30 second cooldown.
