Commenter: NSKaneda Point blank range, always with selected target. After initial burst animation is stuck with normal cast time. I will test it some more but these are my observations based on three days of playing - at first I thought it was lag issue but it persists no matter the zone, type of engagement or gear used. |

Commenter: CrimsonFenris Noticed that as well, cast time is lowered, but the shoot is "held" during fraction of a second before releasing, without consistency ; sometimes shoot is correctly released with reduction, sometimes it's not. |
