Don't forget screens or a video. -->The first hit (the application) of Touch of Palsy is not critically hitting. (Note: not referring to the movement barb hits). Expected behavior and actual behavior: Applying Touch of Palsy is not critically hitting. It should critically hit. Steps to reproduce the problem: Target any NPC, player or target dummy.
