**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
With the latest patch a bug was fix and now Ritual of Lunacy can crit heal. However according to Grunbag it's not supposed to be able to proc tactics as per his post here: https://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=37519&start=10#p406533
Upon testing, Ritual of Lunacy is currently proccing:
Blessing of Chaos (tactic)
Restorative Burst (tactic)
Tzeentch's Grip (tactic)
By Tzeentch's Will! (tactic)
Aid X (weapon proc)
No other effects tested.
Please consider making this a feature rather than a bug <3
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Equip the tactics listed above, make sure your heal crit is at a high level, and then cast ritual of lunacy.
