When I use a Perfect Balance skill and afterwards instantly use Sudden shift the Balance doesn't change or changes for just half a second and reverts but the skill Sudden Shift goes on cooldown. I believe this is a bug because when I use a skill that leads to Improved Balance and instantly
afterwards use Sudden Shift the Balance properly sets on Perfect Balance, also other combinations won't reproduce this bug only after a perfect balance skill will this happen as far as I know.
