A few questions to delve a little deeper if you don't mind answering: 1 - What IC instance was this in? 2 - Do you have a screenshot of the participants in the Bag Roll for Round 1? Appreciate the concern about missing bags, it sucks when these things happen however unfortunately we don't step in with refunds / recovery of lost items. It's better to identify the cause of the issue and stop it from replicating in future, so any further information you think you can provide would help. If your guildies do have additional information, please ask them to upload any supporting information to this report, as oppose to opening new tickets each time. Commenter: Tazo83 yea i can confirm this all the champ cant use book to go out /stuck twice wasnt working for them as they said i hope the above video just help you guys find out what was the bug its hard to get in the city i cant imagine myself winning a gold bag in the future and then i dont get it i will just be a sad player then :D anyway just here to confirm what happened to us and i hope the above video that shows cont really help |
