Summary0016501: Report Message Confirmation bugs out sometimes.

**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
I tried reporting a message and it would not go trough when I clicked on, the windows stayed on while the timer was ticking




**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Pretty much trying to file a report should reproduce the bug, I tried on several questionable chat

I've not had this issue so not sure how we'd even replicate something like this. Did the report manage to go through successfully regardless?

When the bug was happening it did not went trough (no yellow message in chat confirming the report)
