Summary	0016567: Server Restart Bugged Gunbad Left PQ
Description	Reporter: FranchiseRoR Expected behavior and actual behavior: Problem: First PQ on the left side of Gunbad was reset after server restarted, but no PQ boss spawned. Expected Behavior: PQ completed and on cooldown after server restart due to boss lockout. Actual Behavior: PQ was reset but no PQ boss was spawned due to boss lockout. ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 04:10 reporter ~0030695	Commenter: Kaelang Doing PvE on patch day, especially this soon shortly thereafter the patch was released, is never a smart idea. Disconnects / Server crashes / Server restarts cause these issues. I'd count your losses and wouldn't attempt mid/right until the server has stabilised some more.
