Commenter: SilverWF > 1st one is the tactic which increase Combat Capacity by 1 point per level so as a level 40, this tactic might increase your CC by +40, while she's on tactic slot, it add nothing in statistics. Most likely this is some wrong translation. Pretty sure, ROR devs fix descriptions in English only and ignore other langs (at least, Russian ones are totally broken, prob the same for French) Also, I has no idea what is Combat Capacity for WL and what there can be increased by 1 per level. English client has absolutely nothing similar. |
