Commenter: Tesq man....equip tank full def sov use the skill granted as 8th sov set bonuse...... it have a 2 sec delay it but should be istant....... it's a coding problem what other info i have to give you? it's this some joke? how the hell i can describe a skill have a delay of 2 sec instead being istant; IT HAVE A DELAY OF 2 SECONDS IT SHOULD NOT HAVE when used. there is nothing more to describe to the bug this is litteraly all there is to describe about it. the fix is to change the code of the skill so that it's istant instead have an hidden or bug delay of 2 sec (or the tooltips is wrong and it should report 2 sec cast). |

Commenter: Tesq it's tank sovereign general skill it is on all sovereign of tanks, im also pretty sure you change the skill which is linked to the set and not the set thats again why it was not need as info... |
