Commenter: Deifact I don't have any items that grant mastery points. I would assume that if I can unlock the tactic at my level, then I can use it. I just levelled to 23 and it appears to allow me to use it now. |

Commenter: Kaelang For reference, Murderous Intent is 3 points into the tree, yet requires level 23 to use. Tested and can confirm.  |
