Commenter: kalmatar All dps class sets 7pc Sovereign ""**_on hit_**" increase targets chance to be criticxally hit" procs are bugged as of past months -they do not proc from any ability that does AoE -they do not proc from any autoattack dmg (considerable portion of melee dps attacks) -despite 10% tooltip proc chance, when attacking with a ST ability, the realistic proc rate is somewhere at 2-3% and nowhere near 10% Considering how various other sets have 7pc that proc on AoE, this feels kinda unjustified (namely the defensive Sov BW/Sorc/Engi/Magus/SW/SH Snare proccing on AoE hits - tooltip text being "on hit") - as well as Healer 7pc Sov proccing on AoE/group heals in comparison, shaman/AM warlord + magus/engi SW/Sh Sov sets buff "Boost V" which increases critical hit rate and critical modifier - does in fact proc from Autoattack hits (same tooltip text "on hit") SW/SH 7pc warlord armor debuff proc "on hit" also debuffs armor when doing AoE dmg without target selection |

Commenter: wargrimnir This EventCheck is using IsSingleTargetDamage. We should probably be using this for most proc style abilities, or only use it for specific abilities that are worded as such, like Broad Swings. |

Commenter: triliox94 does this mean it will never be made to work with aoe slashing blade or whirling axe again ? |
