Don't forget screens or a video. --> **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** Currently there is an issue when trying to cast instant-cast spells on someone behind you or even strafing (depending on the angle), while moving. When you attempt to cast a instant on something behind you while moving it uses up the GCD and plays the animation but fails to cast the spell. This isn't the case for all instant-cast spells. It seems to be on a spell-by-spell basis, effecting some classes more than others, some even cripplingly so. To give an example; when trying to cast Scourge with a instant-cast proc this bug will use the proc and the GCD, play the animation and do 0 damage. Previously this was not the case. There are many videos that showcase how it previously functioned. **Steps to reproduce the problem:** This can be reproduced by simply moving away from a mob/target-dummy and attempting to cast any instant-cast spell in question.
